    Information You Provide to Us: We collect information you provide directly to us.     Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services: When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including Log Information, Device Information, Location Information, Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.

    AdApex will not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. AdApex may share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for AdApex, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at AdApex’s direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    Legal basis for Processing Personal Data under GDPR

    If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), AdApex’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

    AdApex may process your Personal Data because:

    • We need to perform a contract with you

    • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights

    Your Rights under the GDPR

    If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. AdApex aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

    CCPA Privacy

    This privacy notice section for California residents supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and it applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.

    Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information

    Right of Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights

    We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.     We cannot respond to your request or provide you with the required information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

    DO NOT SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We do not sell personal information. However, the Service Providers we partner with (for example, our advertising partners) may use technology on the Service that “sells” personal information as defined by the CCPA law.

    DISCLOSURE OF DATA

    Business Transaction

    If AdApex is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

    Service Providers

    We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

    AdApex uses third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.     Behavioral Remarketing

    AdApex uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.

    Google Ads (AdWords): Google Ads remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Settings page. Google also recommends installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for your web browser. Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics.

    Facebook: Facebook remarketing service is provided by Facebook Inc. You can learn more about interest-based advertising from Facebook by visiting this page. Facebook adheres to the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising established by the Digital Advertising Alliance.

    Analytics

    AdApex may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. These analytics services help us understand how our customers use the Services so we can improve them. These analytics services may track information such as how often you use the Services, the events that occur within the Services, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the Services were downloaded from. AdApex does not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Services.

    Payments

    We may provide paid products and/or services within our Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
